Media

The Media Industry is one of the toughest careers to get into and I have only just found out. For years I have been interested but have only started to break into it little by little since 2006. I have auditioned for quite a number of shows and been in the audiences of many others too.

Granted it is hard to get into the media, so I have tried to push my disability to get into it. This is my ultimate passion and I really don't want to give up no matter how hard I try. It's very difficult to get in like I've said so here is a few pointers to watch out for:

Be enthusiastic to do anything
Research about the company you want to work for
Be very flexible about hours of work
Be aware of things before they happen in advance
Don't limit yourself
Sell yourself as much as you can: Unique Selling Point
Attend any media courses, workshops etc to gradually gain more experience
