Anthony David McPartlin and Declan Joseph Oliver Donnelly met on set at 'Byker Grove' which was based in Newcastle where they grew up. They are the new 'Morecambe and Wise' of today. Anthony is married to a make-up artist called Lisa Armstong, they have been married for over a year now. Declan is an accomplished Irish dancer.

They both live on the same street in Chiswick, London. They are the best television presenters today with their most popular shows being 'Saturday Night Takeaway' and 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here'. They are both 32 leading up to their 33rd birthday this year.

Anthony was originally in the youth show 'Why Don't You' before landing the part of PJ on 'Byker Grove'. Declan pursued the company wanting to appear on the show and because of his enthusiasm he was cast as Duncan.

As soon as they got more famous on 'Byker Grove' they were ready to kick their heals into something new so they released the 'Grove Matrix' song 'Tonight I'm free' on the show and walked into the pop stardom of music. They produced such songs as 'Eternal Love', 'U Krazy Katz' and 'Lets get ready to Rhumble'. They came out with a three album deal with Telstar.

They then went on to present their own show 'The Ant & Dec show' on television before getting more famous to do more serious stuff like 'Pokerface'. They did a Saturday night programme called 'Slap Bang' which didnt get as much of an audience than the others. But I sure watched it.
